Pastry Chef and owner Genna Steckel had a long time dream of opening her own patisserie. Educated at Ecole Nationale Superior de la Pastisserie in France, Genna has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in Europe and Toronto. Her passion has always been to create approachable classic French pastries with a modern twist.\nIn 2016 she made her dreams come true when opening XO Bisous, a charming patisserie located in the heart of the financial district. She serves French inspired breakfast and lunch items as well as delicious handcrafted pastries. Everything she creates is treated with thought, detail, and care using only the highest quality ingredients. When everything is made with love XO Bisous is sure to leave you wanting more.
